Refund policy

At My Rule, we take pride in the quality of our products. Since all our T-shirts are custom-printed on demand through our partner Qikink, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.

1. 7-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a free replacement or refund only if the product you receive falls into one of these categories:
  • The product is physically damaged or defective.
  • The print quality is poor (smudging, peeling, or incorrect colors).
  • The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong size, color, or design sent by mistake).
Requirement: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery at ruleyourworld@myrule86.in.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process a claim for damage or a wrong item, an unboxing video is mandatory. Please film yourself opening the package to clearly show the shipping label and the defect. Without this video, we may not be able to process a replacement with our printing partner, Qikink.

3. Non-Returnable Scenarios (Important)
Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer returns, replacements, or refunds for:
  • Change of Mind: If you no longer want the design.
  • Sizing Issues: Please refer carefully to our Size Chart before ordering. We do not replace items if the customer ordered the wrong size.
  • Slight Color Variation: Actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to digital display settings and the DTG (Direct to Garment) printing process.

4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order is pushed to Qikink’s production unit, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (Razorpay/UPI).
