Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Production Time
Every product at My Rule is custom-made to order through our partner, Qikink.
  • Standard Dispatch: Most orders are printed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • Specialty Items: Items like All-Over-Print (AOP) or embroidered apparel may take 3–5 business days for production.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, the delivery time depends on your location in India
  • Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote Areas/North East: May take up to 10–15 business days via India Post.
  • Please note: These timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. 
3. Shipping Charges
  • Prepaid Orders: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for most pin codes. An additional COD handling fee may apply at checkout. 
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your package's journey in real-time. 

5. Undelivered Orders (Return to Origin)
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability:
  • The courier will make up to 3 attempts.
  • If still undelivered, the item will return to our fulfillment warehouse. We can reship it to you for an additional reshipping fee.
